Gather, Eat & Connect is about building community, bringing people together, and sparking new friendships. It is a safe and welcoming environment that supports our community restaurants during their less-busy times.

How it works

  • We have partnered with restaurants to ensure a warm and welcoming environment

  • Themed events for shared interests and/or demographics

  • Gathering is casual but has some structure

  • Three tables of four. Mid-event rotation to encourage meeting new people.

  • The group is self-led, but is provided with a few theme-related questions to encourage meaningful discussion.

  • Affordable and low-risk for attendees

  • Supporting restaurants on their less busy nights

  • The cost to attend is $15. Everyone attending needs to have registered. Tickets are non-refundable.

  • The attendee pays for meals and drinks. The minimum tab per attendee is $15.

  • We will ask a brief survey following each gathering.

  • We ask each attendee to follow our code of conduct.

  • If you have ideas and suggestions, please let us know.
