Gather, Eat & Connect – Code of Conduct

Gather, Eat & Connect is built on kindness, curiosity, and respect. Our goal is to create a welcoming space where everyone feels comfortable and included.

By attending, you agree to the following:

• Be respectful. Treat everyone with courtesy and care, regardless of background or beliefs.

• Be present. Engage in conversation and limit phone use at the table.

• Be inclusive. Ensure everyone at your table has space to participate.

• Honor boundaries. Respect personal space, differing opinions, and comfort levels.

• No harassment or discrimination. This includes unwanted attention, offensive language, or behavior that makes others uncomfortable.

• Follow restaurant staff guidance. Be kind to staff and tip generously.

• Alcohol with care. Please drink responsibly.

If someone feels uncomfortable or if an issue arises, participants are encouraged to speak with restaurant staff or contact Gather, Eat & Connect after the event.

We reserve the right to remove anyone who violates these guidelines to maintain a safe and welcoming environment.
